1. Voluntary 30-day Foverix/Paddle policy
Separate from statutory withdrawal rights, Foverix plans to let you request a refund for an initial software purchase within 30 days after the transaction if the product does not fit your workflow. This voluntary policy covers an initial Pro payment, Lifetime Local purchase, or Founder's Lifetime purchase bought through the official Foverix checkout.
Where reasonable, support may ask what did not work so the issue can be understood, but a technical explanation is not intended to be a condition of this voluntary request.
2. Statutory withdrawal rights (Widerrufsrecht)
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract, including under the applicable rules in BGB §§355–356. That right, its deadline, required information, exceptions, and the model withdrawal form are distinct from the voluntary policy above. The statutory instructions and the model form are set out in sections 2a and 2b below. Nothing in this policy excludes, shortens, or replaces mandatory withdrawal, conformity, warranty, chargeback, or consumer-protection remedies.
2a. Widerrufsbelehrung
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract was concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Mohammadamin Ghalebi, c/o Impressumservice Dein-Impressum, Stettiner Str. 41, 35410 Hungen, Germany, by email at support@foverix.com — by means of a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model form in section 2b, but you are not obliged to.
To meet the withdrawal deadline it is enough that you send your declaration concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. For that repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fee because of this repayment. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, so the reimbursement is returned through Paddle to the original payment method.
2b. Muster-Widerrufsformular (model withdrawal form)
Completing and returning this form is optional. Send it to Mohammadamin Ghalebi, c/o Impressumservice Dein-Impressum, Stettiner Str. 41, 35410 Hungen, Germany, or by email to support@foverix.com.
If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please fill in this form and send it back.

2c. Immediate digital delivery and the early expiry of the withdrawal right
If Foverix supplies digital content before a statutory withdrawal period ends, checkout must request the express consent required for immediate digital delivery and the customer’s acknowledgement of the resulting effect on any withdrawal right. That consent and acknowledgement must be recorded by the checkout. Merely downloading or activating the app is not treated as sufficient.
The statutory rule behind this is § 356 Abs. 5 BGB: for a contract about digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires when the trader has begun to perform the contract and the consumer has (a) expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period ends, (b) confirmed awareness that this consent ends the right of withdrawal once performance has begun, and (c) been given confirmation of that agreement by the trader. Foverix therefore requires the checkout to record both statements as separate, unticked, non-preselected confirmations at the moment of purchase and to repeat them in the purchase confirmation email. Where the checkout has not recorded them, Foverix does not treat the withdrawal right as expired.
3. How to request a refund or exercise a right
- Email support@foverix.com from the address used for purchase.
- Include the Paddle transaction number or receipt reference. Do not send card details.
- State the purchase and whether you are requesting the voluntary policy or exercising a statutory right.
Paddle, as Merchant of Record, processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Bank and payment-network timing can affect when funds appear.
4. Subscription cancellation and renewals
Cancellation prevents future renewal; it is different from refunding or withdrawing from a payment already completed. After the voluntary 30-day initial-purchase window, renewal payments are normally non-refundable unless required by law, duplicated, unauthorized, or otherwise approved after review. Access normally continues through the paid period after cancellation.
5. Managed-AI credit packs
Credit packs are purchased through the account-linked action inside Foverix. A pack may be refunded under the voluntary policy if none of its credits have been consumed. If credits have been used, support will assess the request in light of usage, technical failure, Paddle procedures, and applicable law. This does not restrict mandatory remedies for a defective service.
